Google just announced they rolled out their Penguin 2.0 update. This time it will affect 2.3% of searches. And as we know from previous experiences with updates, the number of affected website can be enormous quiet high.
I had not noticed any major traffic changes yet in any websites that got affected by Penguin 1.0. It is interesting to know whether other website owners got changes on sites affected. What’s Up
On April 24, 2012 Google issued another update, called Penguin (this is actually is not a real name of an update, G itself describes it as an “algorithm change targeted at webspam”). Some of my sites that used to be on #1 in G got badly affected. While others did not and actually raised in SERPs.
What is Penguin Update
It is an “algorithm change targeted at webspam”. If you’ve notice that your site suddenly dropped rankings on April 24 or few days later, this very likely to be a reason. [click to continue…]

Latest Panda algorithm update is out. As in all G’s updates, Panda 3.4 targets low-quality websites.
This announcement was made from an official Google account on Twitter @google.
By the way, here is a list of Twitter users you should follow to be aware of all future SEO updates.
As for me, my websites’ rankings are bouncing South and North for few last weeks now. Now is a good time to not make any conclusions yet until G will finish their changes and everything is more stable.

Matt Cutts, Google’s head of Search Quality, made the bombshell announcement that Google will be “aggressively targeting”
blog networks who’s purpose is to create backlinks. This update is a major game changer for SEO industry.

Today, February 6, 2012 Google has updated it’s Page Rank (PR). Its 2012 first PR update. Congratulations to those who’s PR got up and an advice to don’t bother for others.
Every three month (4 times a year) Google updates it’s Page Rank. Actually it’s changing constantly, but Page Rank toolbar is updated only few times a year. There is one thing you have to know about Page Rank, – as some webmasters say:
