Top 5 Ways to Make Money Online in 2013

by Galyna on February 1, 2013

Make Money Online Trends for Next YearWe are at the beginning of February, the second month of 2013. Before I get into this post’s subject, I would like to wish you success in your online business and personal life. Make this year count and achieve your goals, whatever they are!

1. Google AdSense

is an easy way to monetize your website’s traffic. It is also the most popular advertising network on the Internet. AdSense is a system of advertisements that you run on your website which earns you revenue every time users click on those ads. I know I might be a little biased towards Google AdSense but it IS such a great way to make money online in 2013. Check out Lazy AdSense course for a quick start.

2. Kindle publishing

is another hot topic right now. No wonder! Amazon makes it so easy to publish books on their platform. Check this out: Amazon.com is now selling more Kindle books than paperback books. Obviously, electronic books (eBooks) are the future that is already here. Go ahead and jump on board!
If you are already selling books on Amazon, you should also learn about other book publishing platforms such as Apple Books or Google Books. Who knows what is the next big thing will be? Google might come up with the next best reading tablet… Kindle crash course for beginners for only $0.99 – can’t beat this price. Also, join PublishBIG  (for free!). It is my new project created to help independent writers and publishers in their endeavors.

3. Freelancing

is working online for somebody else and getting paid for it. I am sure you already knew about it though 😉 It is also still one of the fastest ways to get paid. You should receive a payment almost instantly after you have finished a job. If you had not tried freelancing yet, the first thing you should do is to decide on what skills you can get paid for.
Here are some ideas: writing or editing, programming, translation, graphic design, video editing, website design, voice over, data entry, and even web search. Just think about what you are good at and go for it – offer your services to others.
The next step is to see what is in demand. Check out www.freelancer.com/sellers for a list of job offers.

4. Selling informational products

on ClickBank or other platforms. My friend likes to say that selling informational products is the best way to make money online and I am not going to say he is wrong. To make money online this way, you need to create a product. By that I mean an eBook and/or videos that are generally educational.
Now, where to start with that? First, think about what knowledge you might have that might be a benefit for someone. Do you know the best slow cooker recipes, or are you a pro at grooming your dog at home, or can you share a weight loss diet that worked for you? Also, check out www.Clickbank.com/marketplace.htm to see what others are selling and what niches are hot.

5. Perform microjobs

on Fiverr.com, Zaarly.com or Mturk.com. Send a postcard, sing a song, proofread a text, do simple research, edit a website, take a photo of yourself with a sign; many other gigs are waiting for you.
These websites will provide you with lots of ideas, including obscure ones, on how to quickly make a few bucks by performing various microjobs.

Again, good luck in 2013 and don’t hesitate to ask any questions you might have. I will be glad to help!
